The Board of Directors of WPFG are pleased to announce that Nelson Frey has been appointed as Acting Station Manager effective October 1, 2010. Mr. Frey along with his position as Chief Engineer will be busy with the activities required to establish the new WPFG Station Studio and tower location. CVCR is pleased to have Mr. Frey who holds an FCC General Radio Telephone License and has 10 years of broadcasting experience.
The board also announced that they have raised over half of the funds needed to purchase necessary equipment to create the studio and antenna locations. Having reached this goal they will start the process and thrust in the Lord’s provision for the rest. When sufficient funds are available it will only be a few months till WPFG is broadcasting on a frequency 0f 91.3FM
