Crossroads Bible Church, 1022 York Rd, Dillsburg will hold a chicken BBQ and concert on May 22. BBQ meals are $8.00, with takeout orders beginning at 3:00 PM. Perry County Master Gardeners are holding their ninth annual Plant Sale at the Perry County Extension office, 8 South Carlisle Street, New Bloomfield on Saturday, May 27 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., rain or shine, in the parking lot next to the Extension office. Choose from a wide variety of plants at very reasonable prices, including herbs, vegetables, pollinator-friendly plants, and native perennials. Just a reminder about the Caregiver Support Group that meets in Carlisle.  If you are a caregiver or know someone who is a caregiver, you may be interested in the Caregiver Support Group that meets the First Wednesday of every month at Claremont Nursing and Rehabilitation Center at 7:00 pm The group is a place to share information and discuss ideas and issues for caregivers. There will also be a gardener’s yard sale, native plant and pollinator information and resources, ideas for gardening with children, a plant clinic to answer your garden questions, and local community organizations and vendors. The Susquehanna Chorale will present its spring program, “The Promise of Living,” on May 5 and 6. The concert will feature selections by Britten, Byrd, Copland and Robert Page. The May 5 performance will take place at Derry Presbyterian Church in Hershey. The May 6 performance is at Messiah College. The Carlisle Homeschool Children & Youth Choirs will present their 11th Spring Concert on Friday, April 28, at 7 pm. Their concerts are held at First Lutheran Church, 21 South Bedford Street, Carlisle, PA. Forty-eight children ages 5 - 19 in two separate choirs will be singing in the program.  The concert is free - donations to the Choir Program will be accepted as a free - will offering.  Singers come from Carlisle, Landisburg, Newville, Mechanicsburg, Dillsburg, Shippensburg, Harrisburg and Hershey

The Women’s Ministry at West Shore E Free Church is hosting singer songwriter, Christy Knockles, in concert on Friday, April 28 at 7:00 PM. Doors open at 6:00 PM.
