New Guilford BIC Church, 1575 Mont Alto Rd., Chambersburg will have a FREE Community Thanksgiving Day Dinner on Thursday, November 28th from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Dine-In only. The meal will include turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes w/gravy, vegetable, beverage, and dessert—all the traditional foods you love. Seating is a 'first-come; first-served' basis. Trindle Spring Lutheran Church, 14 State Road, Mechanicsburg will be hosting the St. Thomas Gospel Choir for a performance as part of their Music at the Springs series, Sunday, December 1st from 6:30-8:30 p.m. The St. Thomas Gosple Choir was formed in 1991 at the African Episcopal Church of St. Thomas in Philadelphia, PA becoming the first gospel choir in the Episcopal church. The ensemble will be performing works showcasing both traditional gospel music and some holiday favorites. This performanceis free and open to the public.
